Associate, Financial Accounting with Goldman Sachs & Co.

LLC in Dallas, Texas.

Multiple positions available.

Prepare and review quarterly accounting and reporting packages, including fund-level net asset values, financial statements and investor capital statements for private equity investment funds.

Prepare and review monthly and ad hoc reporting requests, including management fee analysis, cash flow analysis, financial reporting related requests, and regulatory reporting request (Federal and SEC requests).

Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S.

or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Economics or a related field.

Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.

Prior experience must include three (3) years with the following: working with private equity software solution, such as Investran, as well as Microsoft Excel advanced functions, including What-if Analysis and Macro; financial reporting of GAAP financial statements; analyzing cash and accounting data daily and providing solutions to improve working efficiency; and adopting new financial reporting tools and techniques for process improvement and risk controls.

Prior experience must include one (1) year with the following: general accounting and general ledger, including cash activities and accounts payable; and performing account reconciliations, account analysis and booking accounting journal entries.
