Responsible for the financial management and regulatory compliance of the community. Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising a team with proven results. Set standards for quality assurance. Ensure holistic, positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining an inviting, open-door atmosphere. Establish an environment where moments of independence, pleasure and holistic care are the focus every day for the residents. Establish effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in property—curb appeal, and high focus on resident care and well-being. Maintains high census capacity. Fosters a positive, encouraging, safe work environment for staff. Qualifications: Administrator’s license/certification per Washington state requirements. Prior General Manager, Executive Director or Administrator experience within the health care industry preferred. Previous management experience with direct supervision of at least 20 - including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and disciplinary measures as necessary. Knowledge of Personnel Administration, Federal and State regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities. Flexibility for work schedule availability depending on the needs of the facility. Salary position. Must possess the ability to interpret financial statements and keep abreast with the changes in the Assisted Living Facility industry. Computer competency with word and excel. Experience in developing strategies and plans. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid / Private Pay contracts. Education: Bachelor's (Preferred, Not Necessary) OR AA in Health or Science with 3 years of work experience in related health field. Washington State Administrators License.
