Calm Source is a disabled Veteran owned Mental Health, Behavioral Heath, and Addiction Recovery Treatment Services provider in Virginia. Calm Source is looking to expand addiction recovery treatment services (ARTS) in the Roanoke Virginia Area. Calm source is looking for a dedicated hardworking LMHP that is eager to create and manage a program. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties that are assigned:

  • Directs the day-to-day operations of the program and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain program goals and objectives.
  • Makes programmatic and administrative recommendations to the Director of Operations in accordance with the agency/program goals and objectives.
  • Develops and implements programmatic and administrative policies and procedures to attain program goals and objectives.
  • Oversees quality assurance in the programs service delivery including clinical care and documentation.
  • Oversees the programs productivity to meet established standards and to ensure continuity of care in the provision of comprehensive services.
  • Coordinates communication with other service components of the agency and outside agencies involved with agency clients.
  • Adheres to the agency’s policies and procedures.
  • Serves on agency committees, working groups, and other bodies as assigned.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The most qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Extensive knowledge of the Virginia Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership billing process.
  • Extensive knowledge of the rules and regulations for VADBHDS.
  • Must have at least one year of leadership in addiction recovery services.
  • Must poses an active LMHP, LPC, LSATP license with VADBHDS.
  • Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is not a requirement but is preferred.
  • No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.
